If you aspire to be a boss in this part, keep two specific rules in mind;

1. Never be a young person
2. Never be a woman

You could be a d*ck head old man with little or in fact no skill, expertise or experience. You could be dumb as hell but just be a man and at least, in your forties and you can rule the world.

If you are a young person, say in your twenties or thirties, just learn to be 'respectful' and always allow the old ones have their way, even if your sense can buy theirs ten times and still collect change. Even if you do the work of ten of them better and faster than all of them. Even if you have better qualifications.

You too will get old someday and deserve to be a boss. The head doesn't fit you for now.

Being a young person and a lady together is the worst disaster. You don't even deserve anything, just shut up and be a darn young lady.
